The toolbar at the bottom of the application contains tools you can use in your presentation as well as the page backward and forward buttons:
Click the Menu button to return to the Table of Contents screen.
Click the Edit button to create lessons. This feature allows the user to sequence a series of resources (e.g., unit opener, video, activities, etc.) to create custom lessons.
Click the Help button to launch the Help file and get more information about this software
Click the Print button to print either a presentation screen or an entire lesson.
The Right-Left button allows the user to switch the location of the tool bar from right to left. Click on the arrow to move the toolbar left or right.
Use the Forward or Back arrows to advance through the presentation screens.
Zoom In and Zoom Out
Click on the “Zoom In” button (magnifier with the “+”) to zoom in on the entire screen in predetermined increments. Click on the “Zoom Out” button (magnifier with the “-“) to zoom out on the entire screen in predetermined increments. The presentation screens do not zoom out to smaller than 100 percent, so the “Zoom Out” button is only active once the user zooms in on the entire page.
100 Percent View
Click on the 100 percent button to return the presentation screen size to 100 percent. This button only works when the presentation screens are zoomed in greater than 100 percent.
Editing Toolbar
Tools from left to right:
- Box Tool: Draw a box around text
- Circle Tool: Draw a circle around text
- Line Tool: Create a colorful underline on specific text
- Arrow Tool: Draw an arrow to point to something on-screen
- Pen Tool: Write or draw on-screen
- Eraser Tool: Erase something was just drawn
- Pen-size Tool: Create thin, medium, or thick lines (works with any of the above tools)
- Pen-color Tool: Choose a color for a line or other drawing
- Undo: Undo last mark or object drawn on-screen
- Clear: Delete or clear ALL marks or objects the drawn on-screen
- Done: Close tool palette

Lesson Toolbar
Click the “Window Shade” button to hide selected content behind an opaque “window shade” and reveal the content by clicking on the shade.
Click the “Hot Spot” button to add a hot spot to selected content and reveal the hot spot by clicking on the area where the hot spot is added.
Click the “Hyperlink” button to add hyperlinks to outside websites onto the lesson screens.
Click the “Zoom To” button preselect an area to “Zoom To” on the screen.
Click the “Text” button to add text onto the screen.
Click the “Draw” button to markup a page.

Click the “Show/Hide” button to toggle the visibility of all marks made in Present Mode.
Icons
Click the “Audio” button to play the audio track for the lesson.
Click the “Activity” button to do the activity for the lesson.
Click the “Video” button to watch the video for the accompanying lesson.
